At Damar Health Services, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHCLA) and safety-net provider, our Family Medicine team is here to care for every member of your family – from newborns to seniors. We provide preventive care, routine checkups, chronic disease management, and same-day visits when needed.
As a safety-net provider, we deliver care regardless of insurance or ability to pay, with a sliding fee scale available to make visits affordable for everyone.
